Please contact us directly using the details below. We'll set you up with an account, ensure all billing and shipping is configured and ensure you are supported through your first order.

The store operates in EUR, GBP and USD currencies. Please go to the Register tab. Once a user has registered for an account and it has been activated (within 24 hours Mon-Fri GMT/BST), the product prices will then be visible in the currency chosen at the time of registration.

Payment options - by invoice for an unlimited amount (with a purchase order number) or by credit card to an order value of £5000 (including shipping and handling charges) or the USD/EUR equivalent.

Please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our team using the details on this page. Once received, we'll update your customer record and confirm the change to you by email. After we've confirmed the change, the tax calculation will reflect this change when you checkout and pay for products on the store.

Yes we ship worldwide except to the following countries which are served by our distributors: Australia, New Zealand, China, Czech Republic, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan.

All information can be updated during the checkout process - simply edit existing details, add new addresses/payment information and checkout.
